Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
This "restaurant" has had issues with cleanliness since they remodeled. I have e-mailed McDonald's HQ about this franchise store well over 6 times over the last year. It's no surprise that McDonald's is going down the tubes because their management simply seems to have ceased to care. Roy Kroc must be rolling in his grave. Hard to believe that this company's stock was once the Facebook of it's time. - I have seen a roach crawl out from under a cash register. - Tables are frequently left with trays, trash and food on them. - The floor always has trash on it. - I've seen counter staff too lazy to take a second to remove receipts left by less than tidy customers on the counter. -The coffee condiment area, while I take mine black, is frequently a mess. - I once had to get a manager and show him an area near the drink station that smelled like urine for a couple of days. Their staff didn't notice that? (To his credit, he checked and found an issue. He said they would get someone in to correct it and they did.) After over 6 e-mails to HQ, I have just started to notice an improvement and a bit of an attitude adjustment among the crew. This is a busy store, with many elderly people and it's also has a bus stop right out front. (I always keep an eye on that crowd) As a result, it requires extra attention to keep clean. I hope the crew continues to up their game. So far it has been hit or miss,

Literally, the least educated and worst customer service I've ever experienced. This review was put on pause until I gave the location, so close to home, a chance to differentiate itself from-without sounding redundant- itself. Understood it's McDonald's, but they're totally incompetent!

I got the steak egg and cheese sandwich combo meal my daughter ate the hash brown and the mini cinnamon buns. I asked for my iced coffee black. "So you don't want milk or cream?" She asked. "No thanks just black." I replied. "What about sugar?" "Nope." "What about liquid sugar?" "No, just coffee and ice please." "Oh, so you don't want nothin in it?" "Well, I want ice in it." That got a chuckle from the guy behind me. The food is what you expect from McDonald's, decent but not great. It was fast, hot and cheap, what more could a girl ask for! The restaurant was clean the line was fast and the cashier was polite, not brilliant, but I was happy with polite.

No supervision at rush hour. Asked for a black ice coffee and was given ice coffee with sugar and cream. Ashes again for black ice coffee and was given coffee with cream and sugar. Third try black coffee with ice. Really

I am not a big fan of McDonald's. It has been forever since I have been to one. However, something about little kids lovin' Happy Meals. I was hoping my little cousins who are the age of 2 and 6 would choose another place but the first thing they asked when I picked them up was "are we going to get a happy meal?" of course I could not say no. So here we go. Back in the day I believe this McDonalds had a playground area but it was recently renovated and they made it super nice bit no playground for kids. My little cousins were not happy about this. When we got there it was nice to see how clean and new everything looked. To my surprise on Monday's and Wednesday's they have a special for happy meals! $1.99 each. I wasn't too sure what to get since I really don't eat here so I settled for a chicken wrap with ranch dressing. It had way to much ranch dressing. Yuck. I couldn't finish it. I did manage to steal a chicken nugget from my cousin though. Those were really good. The staff here are super friendly and keep they place very clean. They had a small table with Despicable Me 2 toys, crayons, and coloring sheets for the kids.

Very unprofessional staff. We ordered a ten piece nugget meal with a caramel iced coffee in the drive thru and they told us to wait in the reserved drive thru parking. When we didn't get our food in ten minutes we went in and got it. We realized we hadn't got our coffee so we went back in. They gave us a random pre-made iced coffee and said "Just take this one". It might just of been the afternoon staff but I don't think we'll be going back here.

Worst service EVER. This is the rudest staff I've ever encountered. Slow. Incorrect order. Rude. I'll drive 3 miles out of my way to avoid this place.

On my most recent visit to my hometown, I stopped into this McDonald's to use their free wifi. Whoa. They remodeled. There are TVs EVERYWHERE. Seeing things from my childhood change is always weird for me. But anyway, I won't lie, I gave this place four stars because of the countless childhood memories I have here. Like, I had a birthday party here. There are home videos to prove it. I don't know if they do birthday parties anymore, considering that was probably about fifteen years ago, but, hey, it was pretty cool at the time. Oh man, and I remember another time where a very accommodating employee gave my high school boyfriend a sundae cup full of McFlurry for free saying "It's cool, I got you, I got you!" I could go on for ages, but, McDonald's, I salute you for countless McFlurrys, questionable chicken McNuggets, Happy Meals, french fries, sundaes, and the ability to get the five year old me to drag my dad here when my more discerning mother was at work.
